Solar irrigation for pond filling

It is a grid- connected solar installation that feeds four deep well submersible pump. The pumps fill a pond with enough capacity to store water during the winter, so that PV installation is used throughout the year. Bombeatec executed the turnkey project, which includes the installation of the fixed structure, the solar panels, the AC PUMPING STATION.
The system can work in hybrid mode, always prioritizing the energy obtained from the PV generator. Thanks to Bombeatec’s control algorithms, it is possible to adapt the consumption profile of the pumps to the solar generation profile, maximizing the savings obtained. A 50% saving has been made on the electricity bill, achieving a return on investment over 5 years.
The system is autonomous thanks to the AC PUMPING CONTROLLER, which performs intelligent management of the system. The following functionalities can be noted:
